The story
Grown on an open, sunny slope and dried in shade to protect the oils in the leaf.
How it is made
Cut by hand, dried slowly in shade with good airflow, then hand-sorted and packed into kraft pouches.
How to use
Infuse roughly one teaspoon per cup in hot water, or use in the kitchen as you would any dried herb.
