Our favourite plant in the garden, dried whole-leaf so the spiced note survives.
How it is made
Cut by hand, dried slowly in shade with good airflow, then hand-sorted and packed into kraft pouches.
How to use
Infuse roughly one teaspoon per cup in hot water, or use in the kitchen as you would any dried herb.
