Every order is packed by hand on São Miguel and posted within two working days. Island weather can add a day, and we would rather tell you that than promise otherwise.

Returns

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Send us a message through the contact form with your order number and we will send return instructions. If something arrives damaged, send a photo and we will replace it.
